Hey there folks, and welcome to your daily weather report brought to you by the National Weather Service. Today, we're taking a look at the forecast for Washington DC.
So, let's dive right in! Today expect sunny skies with a high near 77 degrees. You can also anticipate a gentle northeast breeze blowing at 6 to 8 miles per hour.
As we move into tonight, it will be mostly clear with a low around 56 degrees. The wind will shift to the east at around 5 miles per hour, eventually becoming calm by the evening.
Looking ahead to Wednesday, we're looking at partly sunny skies with a high near 79 degrees. The east wind will be blowing at 3 to 8 miles per hour.
And as we head into the weekend, there's a chance of showers and thunderstorms on Friday and Saturday, so make sure to keep an eye on the sky if you have any outdoor plans.
