Cynthia is a first gen Chicana, a telehealth therapist for the farmworking community, and the founder and curator of Rooted in Reflection. Rooted in Reflection creates soft spaces to expand our capacity for healing the nervous system using sound, creativity and collective joy. Cynthia hosts inner child homecomings between the trees in hamacas and guided inner child soundbath meditations on Tongva Land.
