Ep. #051 - Another week in the books and as always it can’t just be a peaceful boring one. First birthday parties, parents visiting, work was crazy…. But wtf is new about that, we just roll with the punches here! Bekah recalls the nerves she felt at the time when she first met my mother when she came down to meet our oldest kid. I may get demoted from my podcast role. I reject ALL razor companies, since I don’t shave at all. I train Bekah in Portuguese so she can go to the Brazilian super market and get some goodies, she fails… My mother came to town and things as they do, went chaotic. Fun times!

We also view a list of AI generated Americans by states, as imagined by Europeans. And some of them were not very far off from the stereotypical truths. We don’t quite agree with the AI NJ drawing, and Bekah retells a story about her first experience in a NJ Starbucks, We discuss how the experience in stores is greatly different up north than it is down south in the Bible Belt. Small talk still sucks, and even the people who refuse to admit it don’t really have the time for it either. I get annoyed again at the time I tried to be a good human being and giving a homeless turd actual food. We discuss a pretty gross “adult model” who jiggles a LOT; and of course she calls her offerings from a “menu”. We chat about the reality TV side of MTV’s “Parental Control” and “Bully Beatdown”. We also learn that more than half the beaches in the U.S. are shitty, pun intended.
