Start rewriting your story by shifting and reconceptualizing; build awareness that helps you fertilize ground for change so that you start seeing yourself intentionally making choices towards a life you want to live.

• What experiences or memories of your past brought you joy and happiness?
• When did you feel you could express yourself freely or creatively?
• When, where, or with who, did you feel most seen and heard?
• What activities made you feel expansive, fulfilled, or accomplished?

You deserve to grant yourself the permission to start living a life guided by passion and purpose. Grab your journal or pen and paper and dive into this exercise to start strengthening your desire muscle!
