About Alex Sabio
Alex is a married father of 4 who lives in Southern California. He has worked in healthcare for over 21 years as a respiratory therapist. He started investing in real estate in the early 2000s with single-family homes and long-term rentals. In 2008, he was affected by the real estate crash, and a few years later, he filed for bankruptcy.
In 2020, Alex started investing in short-term rentals (STR). He found a hack in the business and now coaches and mentors others to start and scale their own portfolios. He currently has 6 luxury STRs and has started a fund that buys STRs and hotels. He also has a 1 76-unit hotel in Northwest Arkansas.
