Pain, suffering and awakening with Laura Poole and Dylan Smith

This episode is a little more personal, recorded in 2018 with our dear friend and Ayurveda practitioner Dylan Smith from Vital Veda. Dylan wanted to chat to Vedic meditation teacher Laura Poole about pain, suffering, healing and consciousness, knowing that her journey over the years has been full of these things. As an Ayurveda practitioner, Dylan sees many patients with chronic illness, so called ‘incurable’ conditions, pains in the body & mind, and they are ask him for guidance, knowledge and solutions. In this episode we explore the multi-faceted realm of healing the body through consciousness, and that it may not be what we were expecting and yet, what we are truly desiring.
