As a mum, it's common to struggle with feeling confident in your body. The changes that come with pregnancy and childbirth, coupled with societal pressures and comparisons to others, can make it challenging to feel comfortable in your own skin. However, it's important to remember that everybody is different and unique, and there are ways to build confidence in yourself. Here are some tips to help you feel more confident in your body:

  1. Focus on what your body can do, rather than how it looks.
As a mum, your body has been through a lot - from carrying and birthing a child to keep up with their never-ending energy. Instead of focusing on any perceived flaws, try to focus on what your body is capable of doing. Appreciate your strength and resilience, and celebrate all that your body has accomplished.

  3. Surround yourself with positivity.
Surround yourself with people who lift you up and make you feel good about yourself. Avoid people or situations that bring you down or make you feel insecure. You deserve to be surrounded by positivity and support.
  4. Challenge negative self-talk.
It's easy to fall into the trap of negative self-talk, but it's important to challenge these thoughts. When you find yourself criticizing your body, try to reframe the thought with something positive. For example, instead of "I hate my stomach," try "My body is strong and capable."
  5. Embrace your unique beauty.
Remember that everybody is different and unique, and that's something to celebrate. Embrace your own unique beauty, and appreciate the things that make you stand out. Instead of comparing yourself to others, focus on your own strengths and what makes you special.

Feeling confident in your body as a mum takes time and effort. By focusing on what your body can do, practicing self-care, wearing clothes that make you feel good, surrounding yourself with positive influences, and talking to yourself with ki
