About Nicole: Nicole is an anti-diet mindset and mindfulness coach who loves helping women ditch diet culture. During her own healing journey, Nicole came to find that coaching is her favorite style of advocacy. Nicole deeply values creating space for others to feel seen, heard, and supported.
