She has influenced the coaching profession in Ireland, as former President of the International Coach Federation, and internationally as an advisor. Her career includes senior roles in the voluntary and public sectors. Moving, via a PhD on cultural change, to journalism at The Independent and then into PR with an emphasis on using communications to promote behaviour change. Mary Anna is a Master Certified Coach, winning awards for her innovative approach.
