Invited guests will join Katherine and Phil every episode to discuss their personal experiences on key wellness topics.
Katherine and Phil completed Wellness Coaches education through Wellcoaches® in early 2023. They developed the Physicians as Wellness Coaches Program in Pediatrics to help address physician burnout and build wellness skills and strategies among Pediatric residents as they enter their careers in medicine.
