03:19 So there's more to menopause than most women may know. In fact, the majority of women experience a transition phase long before they're officially diagnosed with menopause. It can be frustrating to experience all these aggravating symptoms of menopause yet think you're going crazy because you're only 35 and way too young for menopause, right? Truth is, our hormones have fluctuating probably since we're teenagers, and as a society, we've normalized living and tolerating these symptoms instead of acknowledging them, and addressing these hormone imbalances by making the necessary lifestyle changes to bring our body back into balance.
04:03 So the first part of menopause is actually called perimenopause. And this is a transition period where the ovaries start to release less and less eggs and to create a fluctuating amount of hormones. And this usually can start to happen around the mid-30s. And this is when you start to have those major shifts in your hormones from highs to lows. And your body isn't really used to that, and it can't handle it. And that's why you start to have the hot flashes, the night sweats, mood swings, trouble sleeping, weight gain, right?
