Pain is actually an integral part of life. Pain has an important purpose in our live and plays an important role. Our culture has a tendency to want to push pain or discomfort of any sort away. But in doing so we're pushing a part of life and important parts of ourselves away. If we can accept that pain is part of life and has a purpose we can leverage pain for our great benefit.
