In the spiritual healing world the belief that there is positive or negative energy, positive or negative feelings and emotions, is a common one. In my experience this is a belief system that strengthens the separation in our bodies and lives and cements the separation between us and others. The truth is we must embrace negative energy before we can release negative energy.
