Contractors are facing daily questions and are concerned about how best to handle new working conditions and keep their workforce and the public safe during COVID-19. Questions like, what about the use of face masks? How best to conduct and should we conduct screenings? What if someone shows symptoms or tests positive? As a graduate of Gardner-Webb University, Sonya earned her bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She holds a designation as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management as well. She currently works with McGriff Insurance Services as a risk control consultant and prior to joining McGriff she held various leadership roles in healthcare and has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare risk management.
