Saw & heard a couple of things that got me going about the fear and doubt that I have had (in bits and pieces) all throughout my life. I’ve dealt with it in those bits and pieces all throughout life for sure, but looking back from today and all the years before - I’m still noticing how much energy it’s draining me of. I’m wondering what you may think about this & what successes have you found? I know it’s something that I’ve gotten better at for sure, but I also know I have not solved the problem of it either.
