Hi folks, Christy here. I'm incredibly excited to share a new initiative that we're launching in honor of some of the strongest women we've ever known: Ashley Johnson, Amy Jo Nelsen, Kylie Lindell, and Barb Frame. These amazing women, who didn't survive domestic violence, have left a lasting impact on all of us. In their honor, we're rolling out a year-long domestic violence advocacy project aimed at prevention and support.

Each week, we'll focus on a different theme related to domestic violence awareness, prevention, and survivor support. Our goal is to create a community that is educated, aware, and ready to take action. This project is dedicated to Amy Jo, Ashley Johnson, Kylie Lindell, Barb Frame, and others who have tragically lost their lives to domestic violence. We are committed to ensuring that no one else becomes another victim.

In week one, we focus on understanding domestic violence, emphasizing education and awareness. Domestic violence isn't just physical harm; it includes emotional, financial, sexual, verbal, digital abuse, and social isolation. Recognizing these various forms is key to helping victims find the support and resources they need.

Join us as we honor these women by taking action to help others survive and thrive. Share your thoughts, stories, and ideas, and let's work together to make a difference. Together, we can ensure their stories aren't forgotten and their legacies live on by preventing future tragedies.
