How can I be vulnerable, and still be a strong leader? How can I analyze the biases within myself and my organization? In this episode, Kathryn Tremblay answers these questions and more.

What You’ll Learn:

1. How to value everyone involved in your organization.

2. How resiliency is really just putting one foot in front of the other.

3. Why we must learn to be accountable for our strengths and our weaknesses.

4. How saying “I don’t know” and being curious will change your leadership.

5. How gratitude for the little things will give you space for optimism.

6. How diversity and inclusion change Kathryn’s life.

7. How vulnerability is about being a transparent and authentic self.

8. How to turn uncertainty and anxiety into excitement for unknown opportunities.
