In the first episode of the new show I talk to my good friend Frankie Holah about how and why she moves. We talk about her journey from novice runner, to calisthenics boss to working mum and how her movement practice has changed over the years. Frankie shares her personal experiences as well as things she's learnt whilst being a Personal Trainer. Having worked with brands such as Asics, Woman's Health magazine and The Guardian, Frankie has a welcome balanced approach to her training and what it gives her.
