Ofer is a Professor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst where he researches and teaches on the topics of career transitions, employment, contemporary American society, and negotiations. Marianne is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Tennessee where her research interests include American economic history, education, demographics, and labor economics.
