In the last few years, we've all experienced an emotional roller coaster ride that can be caused by things such as economic uncertainty or natural disasters-- but there's hope on its way! Trail Angels powered by Carin The Load offers a 10-week course on finding peace and harmony through building emotional resilience. In oneself so they are no longer reactive when faced with difficult situations; instead, being proactive about what happens next will help regain control over themselves emotionally.
The first episode from this new series, "Finding Peace and Happiness by Building Emotional Resilience" by Trail Angels powered by Cairn The Load - which was just released today at 7 am EST (5 am PST) – We all experience challenges in our lives, but what makes someone strong is how they react to these moments. A lot of people might feel like giving up when things get tough; however, it doesn't have to be that way!
Emotional resilience is the ability to handle negative emotions such as anger, sadness, or fear without resorting immediately to self-defeating thoughts. This course will help you develop tools that can be used when dealing with difficult situations for your mind and body to continue living and live in Peace, Harmony, and ultimately happiness!
Building emotional strength through a higher power is one of the most important things we can do for ourselves. We all have days when nothing goes right, and it seems like no matter what you try; your mood will never improve, or some other negative thought comes into play whether on its own accord or because someone else planted such seeds in our minds telling us that there was something wrong with how happy/sad, etc. Being able to build up stronger feelings from deep inside helps combat these bad vibes by giving us hope again!
