Salz ist lebenswichtig. Dein Körper braucht es, um zu funktionieren – egal, ob beim Training oder am Schreibtisch.
Problematisch wird es, wenn Du entweder ZU WENIG oder ZU VIEL Salz zu Dir nimmst.
Fehlt Dir Salz, bringst Du die PS nicht auf die Straße.
Umgekehrt hört man immer wieder, dass übermäßiger Salzkonsum zu Bluthochdruck und Herzkrankheiten führt. Die Forschung scheint jedoch nicht ganz eindeutige Ergebnisse zu liefern.
Lass uns die Gelegenheit nutzen, und alle relevanten Fragen rund ums Salz so praxisnah wie möglich beantworten:
- Was ist Salz eigentlich?
- Wie viel Salz ist zu wenig?
- Wie viel ist zu viel?
- So bekommst Du genug Salz, ohne Dich verrückt zu machen.
