Rhiannon Baker was kidnapped and she was assaulted by a very bad man. By some luck she was able to escape and get to safety. What was to follow was years of learning how to manage and cope with what happened to her at a young age. How to take the PTSD she understandably had from those events and not allow it to control her. Rhiannon tells us just that. Yes, we of course talk about what happened to her, but let's focus on the amazingly strong and empowered woman she has become. She has moved herself forward through life, choosing to set her own boundaries, and not allowing life to any longer set them for her. Rhiannon is amazing and inspiring. A wonderful real life example of inner-strength and learning ways to cope. She has overcome. She is stronger now than ever.
