In this episode, we hear from Frances who was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and multiple food sensitivities and had been working for a couple of years with Dr. Eric Balcavage, a functional medicine thyroid expert.
Frances had lingering thyroid symptoms including fatigue, some emotional issues and the medications were making her feel worse at times. She wanted to reduce her meds and her anxiety.
"The impacts were so remarkable, I was shocked." Advanced neural retraining sessions helped her to relax and the effects were very noticeable emotionally and physically.
After a few months of sessions, Frances was able to cut her thyroid meds in half. Her symptoms all improved by 50-80% and she has better energy in general. "It's dramatically different," she says.
Frances also worked on her food sensitivities with the Sensitivities Program and she's been able to reintroduce about 70% of the foods she had been avoiding.
