Relationships with our families can be complex, to say the least. I've learned there's a few ways families face conflict and that's to either have big fights or avoid the conflict all together. I, myself am an expert at doing it the wrong way and having to learn that If i ever want to have a healthy dynamic, its going to take some strong intention on my part. We're still a work in progress, but thats what we do. We strive for progression not perfection.
