Back pain! 😩 One of the most common complaints affecting the majority of us at some point in our lives. Anyone else spend too long hunching over a laptop in early lockdown days? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Chat to someone who’s had a back issue and you’ll hear how daunting it can be. Maybe you’ve been told you have to lose weight to get rid of your back pain. There might be fears around surgery, inactivity, worsening injuries - you name it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So I wanted to do a #healthHackers episode with Dr Chelsea Matthews - a physical therapist, exercise specialist and former athlete who loves to nip back ache in the bud and resolve her clients’ pain WITHOUT resorting to surgery, injections - or ANY procedures that would mean they have to take time off work. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I had no idea there were so many myths around injuries until I found Chelsea.
