In Part 3 of a three-part conversation, host Andy Reid talks with Krista Mason, Senior Program Supervisor overseeing all of HVCS’ nutrition programming, including our food closets, Emily's Pantry and THRIVES programs. Our other guest is Bintou Hinds, the regional team leader and occasional Spanish language nutrition educator for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Orange County. In this episode Krista and Bintou talk more about encouraging clients to try foods that are healthier than their normal choices and the importance of "sometimes" foods.
