Studies show that a four day vacation can reduce stress and have positive effects on you but taking longer vacations can be even more beneficial.
I always feel stress relief when I’m really out in nature whether it’s near a river or the ocean
Even just taking a staycation, become a tourist and exploring what’s around you can be a lot of fun. Do you ever feel like the closer you get to taking that time off that your stress levels are reduced?
I know for me it helps with my creativity and it makes me so happy.
Even having something planned on the books gives me something to look forward to.
