In this episode, Dr. Foojan Zeine chats with Dr. Behnam Bakhshandeh and Dr. Aileen Zaballero about their latest book, “Successful Supervisory Leadership – Exerting Positive Influence While Leading People” with co-author Dr. William Rothwell. Dr. Behnam Bakhshandeh is an accomplished executive coach and business consultant with over 30 years of hands-on experience in Organization Development, Human Resources Development, Workplace Learning, and personal & professional development and training industry. He is also the founder and president of Primeco Education, a coaching and consulting company working with individuals, teams, and organizations on their personal and professional development since 1993. He has authored and co-authored six books and 31 chapters in the personal and professional development industry. Dr. Aileen Zaballero is a senior partner of Rothwell & Associates and has been a Certified Professional in Talent Development since 2009. Aileen has over 25 years of experience in the learning and development field. She co-developed ATD’s Talent Development Framework and led a project to examine instructional design competencies as a researcher and subject matter expert (SME) in competency modeling for the Advance Commercial Building Workforce. Aileen has authored and co-authored five books and seventeen book chapters. Dr. William Rothwell is President of Rothwell and Associates, Inc., a full-service consulting company specializing in succession planning. He is also a Distinguished Professor in the Workforce Education and Development program, Department of Learning and Performance Systems, at The Pennsylvania State University, University Park campus. In that capacity, he heads up a top-ranked graduate program in Organization Development and Change. He has authored, co-authored, edited, or co-edited three hundred books, book chapters, and articles. In 2022, he was given Penn State’s Global Lifetime Achievement Award, the university’s highest award for international work.
