Are you struggling with anxiety? Yeah, I've been there too. It took me a long time to realize I had anxiety. Back when I was a kid, my mind raced like a speedster, and my odd remedy? I vacuumed. I know, right? This is when the workaholic and obsessive-compulsive traits kicked in. Feeling stressed? You'd find me cleaning.

I've tried a bunch of things - some worked, some didn't. Last year, I stumbled upon something amazing. It's become a part of my everyday life. I want to talk about anxiety, stress, and mental health today. And dive into meditation and aromatherapy to ground you. I'm no expert, so you should get mental health advice if you struggle.

Got anxiety? I've been there for ages. Whether it's biting my nails or having night terrors, you name it, I have it. I worked to find tools and ways to calm my mind. I tried therapy, yoga, and meditation, and eventually turned to drugs. The drugs made the situation even worse, and my anxiety reached an all-time high. I knew things had to change.

I did the work and got my anxiety under control. When I became a mom, anxiety came back. It's been six years, two kids, and still unraveling. I've spent time in recovery rooms and discovering my own higher powers. Recently, Brenda Johnson changed the game. Daily energy cleansing ritual with the spiritual A-team.
