She is a master at implementing business theories to develop effective processes that transform businesses and multiply success. Ral started her entrepreneurial journey at a small consulting firm and then progressed to running Hawaii Vacations with her husband which built rental properties and travel services from Alaska to Hawaii. After operating the company for 25 years, she sold the business that would later on be known as “Alaska Airlines.” She eventually founded Ral West Livin’ the Dream and created an entrepreneurship course called Overcome, Overwhelm: Create a Smooth Running Business with Less Stress.
