This week (Episode 8) we look at social habits (drinking from the same bottle, whisky glass, sharing smokes) and their impact on oral health. Not only because Covid-19 came about, but how this habit exposes us to other infections like herpes simplex. While it’s unlikely you’ll contract herpes by sharing drinks, it’s always a good rule of thumb to avoid sharing glasses, dishware, or other objects.
