Hey Friend, today we talked about how you can find 10 minutes to spend with God during your busy schedule. We know God is always present, but we do not always focus on His presence, instead we may be focusing on our emotions, circumstances etc., which can directly affect our moods and attitudes. If you truly want peace amongst the chaos of motherhood, you will only find it in His presence.
Your homework for this week is to find 10 minutes in your day to intentionally connect with God- meditate on a verse, gratitude, or just sit in silence, and tell me about it!
