Hey Mama, the busy seasons of motherhood can lead to feeling unsettled. Today we will learn five biblical truths we can claim and what essential oils we can use to help us stay grounded during the more chaotic times of life. The enemy loves to frazzle us with busyness and distraction, but when we claim God’s truths and meditate on His word, we anchor ourselves and guard our hearts and minds in Him rather than our circumstances. I have found that my favorite essential oils have become a sensory reminder of those truths as I meditate on them regularly while using my oils.
