S2:E39 Stay Focused On What You Can Control

How many of us made new year resolutions, set new goals or just hit the reset button hoping that this will be a better year. We're already in the second month of the new year, 2021.

It's important to stay focused so you can develop your goals whether they're in the area of health and fitness, finances, relationships or personal development.

Whatever you want to see happen in your life this year IS possible. Take a moment to reflect on the ways 2020 gave you the opportunity or even forced you to reexamine your plans, careers, perspectives, relationships and priorities. Find the accomplishments you made and move forward from all of them because regardless of how big or small, you have accomplished more than you may realize.
Despite the unknowns of 2021, setting goals still has great value because it gives you a sense of self-determination and that you have the autonomy to make choices for your life and you do have the competence to achieve them.
What goals have you set for yourself? It's up to you to stay focused on what you can control in order to achieve them!
