A majority of people rate women higher than men for leadership skills. Studies show that many of the core competencies necessary for success as a leader are competencies at which women excel. Despite these strengths as leaders, men are more often awarded the coveted positions of power. In this episode, we will explore why and propose 5 steps to promote women into more leadership roles.
