Day 1 of the Power Over Parkinson's Dolomites Trek is in the books. 20 km/about 12.5 miles and 3600 feet of vertical gain, this was a tough hike for anyone regardless of Parkinson's. In this short episode, nurse practitioner Sherrie Gould looks at the power of the team as we made our up and down narrow challenging terrain.
This trek is a fundraiser for the Parkinson's Association of San Diego so. If you are so inclined, feel free to click here or on the link below to donate on behalf of one of the hikers.
