Are you looking for a boost of natural energy, less joint pain and perhaps a downsizing of your clothes? For my guest Rhonda, these all came as unexpected perks after she moved to a full whole food plant-based diet. That’s because her biggest motivation at the time was simply to improve her severely declining kidney function due to an autoimmune disease.

But Rhonda ended up experiencing so many health benefits –in addition to better blood sugars and kidney function - all within 6 months of moving to plant-based eating. In fact, she dropped 4 pant sizes during this period of time. Her husband and family had positive health changes too, and it positively impacted their eating choices.
