Is the nuclear threat of black mail a precursor to more nuclear armed countries, and is there a way in this chaos to denuclearize a super power?

Through the promotions and time since we never have really had the chance to highlight that conversation. So I am excited now to be able to. Mental Health is important and there are ideas tools and discussions here to help us all address that.

People we know are suffering, We ask a few questions to determine if suicide is a consideration, how to have that conversation and maybe check in on your funny friends.
