Ed Schroeder is a South African nature photographer and conservationist. His life mission is to promote education & preservation of the indigenous African Nguni cattle. He is the author of the book The Nguni of the Makhathini Flats, which documents Nguni cows, through the eyes of breeders and herdsmen of the Makhathini Flats.
