I was honoured and humbled to have Luiza Di Bonifacio join me on today's 'Rock Bottom Has Basement' episode.
We met as new coaches at a studio here on the Sunshine Coast ☀️
Since day one she has continued to inspire me and realise that if you want to get anywhere in life you have to work hard and put yourself out there.
Luiza worked with professional athletes at home in Brazil and was a reputable and well-rounded coach.
But since moving to Australia (like myself) she has had to rebuild herself in a new country and start from scratch.
