Emily Glover experienced a near-ideal labour before experiencing a severe tear. If you are pregnant then now may or may not be the right time for you to hear Emily’s birth story, but if you are a birth worker then i implore you to listen in as Emily shares her personal learnings into the importance of validating birth fears, using appropriate language with birthing women, and how best to support women who have suffered birth trauma.
