Welcome to the Prosperous Practice podcast. I'm Laura Bautista. I'm a board-certified holistic health practitioner, trauma-informed business mentor and former autoimmune sufferer. Now, I teach others how to activate their healing power and prosperity potential.

In my early twenties, I spent seven years struggling with chronic illness. Chronic hives, multiple sclerosis, crippling anxiety, being unemployed, and on Medicaid. Today, I've healed my body through functional nutrition and energy medicine and have not had any symptoms of multiple sclerosis in years. I also now run a successful and wildly fulfilling six-figure wellness business. And you can, too!

I’m helping holistic health practitioners and natural medicine enthusiasts just like you build lives that feel abundant and practical. Prosperous Practice was born from my experiences seeing many women struggle with crisis. Crisis in their health led to crisis at work, which led to financial crisis, relationship crisis, and deteriorating circumstances that led some as far as fucking suicide.

Think of Prosperous Practice as a place to tap into the evolving world of healing chronic health issues, to recover from crisis big or small, and turn your wounds into a platform for prosperity.

I'm here to shift the healthcare narrative and make integrative, holistic health and wellness practices 1000 times more mainstream than they are now. I want to end the belief in brokenness when it comes to our bodies, and normalize the body's natural ability to treat itself as its own innate health care system.

I'll be sharing everything I’ve learned over 15 years of living my purpose, studying holistic health sciences, and helping people like my former self learn how to take radical responsibility for all aspects of their lives and health. I'll also be sharing live expert interviews with industry leaders from all walks of the holistic health universe.

Together, we get to create a whole new reality of health, wealth, and happiness, by tapping into the wisdom I'm going to share with you here on Prosperous Practice.
