Tom Foos is President and Co-Founder of ARMADA, a defense contractor with just over 90 employees. The majority of their positions are hybrid remote, requiring Top Secret and higher security clearances, and are focused on the DC metro area though they have opportunities scattered around the country.
“I think what you're getting at the end of the day is we value our employees. If our government client says, ‘Such and such is doing a great job,’ we hand out what we call Core Value Awards. And that is not just a piece of paper with words on it. They get a bonus in their next paycheck. We reward our employees for good work.”
