Our friends Greg and Kristen joined us today to talk about their new business Fit Sports. Inclusive sports enrichment classes for happier and healthier children. What they are building is a community for kids and parents. It's truly special.
Their mission:
FIT Sports provides inclusive mobile sports enrichment programs to children in Massachusetts, using innovative behavioral methods to teach sports, fitness and social skills. With a focus on Fun, Inclusive, Teamwork, FIT Sports programs are designed by physical education, behavioral, and inclusion experts to introduce children to a variety of sports through a series of lessons focused on skill building. Parents and families are supported with each child's development in ways such as: Parent/Child classes, private coaching and monthly skills to practice outside of class. FIT Sports aspires to change the way that sports are taught to children through skill building, sportsmanship, leadership, confidence and kindness.
