Who do YOU say you ARE?
That's a question we should all be asking, doggone near every day and yet most women go through life, unaware, disengaged and disconnected from their most authentic selves. As we enter into the final chunk of 2024, I'm urging myself and you to WAKE THE HECK UP!
Summer's coming to a close, Autumn is dawning and it's the perfect time to take a deep breathe and set some ambitious goals. But what if the "goals" you set have less to do with achieving and more to do with becoming?
In this episode, I share a transformative experience I had recently while leading an identity workshop for my daughter's college soccer team. These young women taught ME so much! I did this workshop 12 months ago and what I realized is the woman I WAS a year ago is precious and I honor her. AND I have become such a stronger, brighter and more grounded woman because I chose to step out, step up and design the human I wanted to become.
It is time for you, sisters, to lean into uncertainty, take bold steps, and embrace the unknown to become a more authentic, powerful version of yourself. Whether you're feeling stuck, unsure of where you're headed, or ready to break free from the molds society has set for you, this episode is for you.
