Manage episode 457238074 series 3509359
Adina is a mom of 3 who helps moms like you gain energy and get strong from the comfort of your own home with just a couple of kettlebells.
Adina has been in the fitness industry since 2013. She is certified through the RKC as a Kettlebell Coach and is a Prenatal and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is also a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, RCPC and RWP so her approach to strength training is holistic and considers your nervous system, metabolism and hormone health.
Through her signature program Strength Training for Happy Hormones, Adina uses low rep kettlebell training with a major emphasis on pelvic floor health to make strength as accessible as possible no matter what stage of life you’re in or where you are on your healing journey.
She thinks all women (and especially moms) need to learn what it feels like to lift heavy things. And she wants you to know, you’re stronger than you think you are.
