This week I'm re-visiting a topic shared back in November 2021. In recent weeks I've been talking a lot about the benefits of mobility and strength and in this episode, I outline why mobility and strength play such a key role in human and athletic performance. I also have a few tips on how you can incorporate both into what probably feels like an already packed schedule.
