Who is Oliwia Poddana?
Oliwia is a survivor of childhood trauma turned IFS psychotherapist, speaker, inner child healing workshops host and founder of FEME, community for female empowering in Manchester. In 2024 she is also launching her first book about self-healing after 10 years in the self help space. She’s on a mission to shine a light onto others and help anyone she comes into contact with to step into their own inner power. She doesn’t bullshit and speaks her truth even when it’s hard.
