Hello and welcome to the Spandex & Wine podcast. I'm your host, Robin Hackney, and today is a special episode because you don’t get 1 guest…you’ll be hearing from 4! About 6 months ago, I went through a workshop on podcasting under the direction of Cathy Heller. It was such a wonderful experience and one of the tasks she has us do was break into accountability groups. I’m happy to say that ours is still together and we are thriving with each other’s support. Today you get to hear from each of them plus me as we ask the others one question that pertains to our individual podcasts. Let me give you just a bit about each one…
