210. Delayed Grief
Manage episode 410110907 series 3065652
Grief is a natural, healing and digestive process. We each have our own timing to process loss. Sometimes it can take years or even decades to fully process death or loss. We can also get stuck or frozen in grief, which stops us from opening to new relationships and experiences.
It's important to recognize and honor our own soul level timing, but it's also important to allow the healing experience of grief to change and strengthen us.
